Which SD card?

I am about to upgrade from TTN2 to TTN3 and my existing 128MB SD card may not be quite enough for the new version. Anyway, I would like to keep TTN2 on that card in case the upgrade goes pear-shaped! I can reinstall TTN2 from the card in a few minutes - I did so after an involuntary hard reset after my batteries went flat!
I have been looking at dabs web site, and they have 3 reasonably priced 256MB SD cards
Kingston £53
Kingston High Speed £65
Lexar 32x £62
I don't think any of these are Chinese. Has anyone any experience of any of them?
