With the x20's (probably all TT's) the Status bar can be displayed horizontal or vertical.
I prefer Vertical as the map feels (is?) bigger and the status data reads (to me) more legibly from top to bottom.
However, do any of you software boffins know if it is possible to have the vertical display appear on the LEFT of the screen, instead of the right?
(The reason for asking - is that my carcomm mount position ever-so-slightly means I obscure the bottom right corner of the display - necessitating a tilt of the noggin to see the arrival time...) _________________ TT Go 920T

I would be inclined to think that it is not possible to move the bar to the left side. The reason I say that is that, as a lefty, I do have certain items switched from right to left side when the preference is set for left handed use. The vertical bar is NOT one of them. _________________ David |

The positioning of items in the status bar varies depending on number and which items chosen. Perhaps you could choose a different combination (or include the direction 'compass') which would give a more acceptable item being partly obscured? _________________ Alan

Cheers Darren, I hope they listen!
Alan - it's a pretty slim choice now, but I take your point and thanks for the advice. _________________ TT Go 920T

Just a thought, would it come up on the left if you set it up for a left handed user.
