Becker Traffic Assist 7914 freezes

I have a Becker 7914 which freezes on the Becker logo screen and isn't recognised when connected to a PC and so I am unable to re-install the software. I have read on the forums that the solution to this problem for other Becker models is to download the update files from the Becker website, copy these to the SD card and install them on the unit by inserting the card. The problem for the 7914 is that there are no updates on the website! Does anyone know where I can get the necessary files to put on the SD card? Most of the files are on the installation CD, but I'm missing the autorun.exe, shell.exe, MP3player.exe, pictureviewer.exe and batteryMonitor.exe files.

The map and software update section on the Becker website takes you to a form to fill out. It might be worth doing as they should be able to help you with it.
