Move/copy Itinerary to the 920 made by 3rd party tool

I may be doing something wrong (g)....

I have tried using two tools to create Itineraries on my computer and then copying them to the 920.

One tool is Tyre - it uses its own google interface and creates Itineraries.

The other tool was an online tool at houghi.org/tomtom. It creates the itinerary ONLINE and then you save it to your computer.

None of the Itineraries that I've created show up when moved to the

itn folder on the 920 or when placed on an SD card where I created an itn folder.

Any ideas - I believe that I have the upper/lower case correct....

I've used them both in the past and they both work.
Can you give an EXACT account of what you do? Then we might be able to see where you're going wrong.

I think I've solved it. I guess I had to "delete" the currently showing Itinerary (which felt TOO DRAMATIC) for it to show a list of ALL Itineraries.

(so many questions from a new user and more to come...)
