I have been using the tomtom Traffic for about 1 month now. It is a lot better than when i last used it about 3 years ago. Sometimes it gives you false traffic problems, but thats not the question.

I have noticed the last few times i have been out that tomtom will show only the nearest problem.

eg. I was coming back from Wolverhampton the other day. Tomtom told me there was fog on the M62, Then about 10 minutes later i got an update saying that there was traffic on the m60. At this point i did not re route, so tomtom showed the traffic queue and i noticed that the fog had disappeared. I then went around the M60 the other way the fog reappeared in the same spot.

Both routes went via the same spot on the M62 (floogy bit). Is this right? Is there a way to get tomtom to show all traffic problems on your route?

When you say the "other day" was it per chance Wednesday afternoon? - if so I noticed very similar behaviour on the M62, the device was showing a clear route with no hold ups but if I went to the Traffic information page it showed three incidents on route (including the Fog, which was really low cloud). I did notice non of the delays had any time related information associated with them, so this might explain part of the problem, never seen this behaviour before or since though - Mike

Yes it was.

Clockwise around the top of Manchester had 20 minutes of delays (i think), but at the top of the M606 had 8 minutes of delays, but TT has only ever shown on incident.

I am sure that when i used it on TT3 years ago it showed all of them in the navigator screen.

But you are right if you looked at the traffic information page everything was there.
