TIMESONLINE states

"Warning: your sat-nav may be up the creek

This week the first road signs were introduced to warn drivers that the voice to the left of their elbow may be leading them up the garden path. Or, more accurately, impassable roads, one-way streets and other odd routes. The signs have gone up in St Hilary, South Wales, where sat-nav devices direct drivers to a very narrow short-cut between the M4 and Cardiff airport. The signs may soon appear elsewhere. Good thing, too: an ambulance driver with a faulty sat-nav recently drove hundreds of miles while transferring a patient from a hospital in London to another one just eight miles away."

There is a picture of the sign in the paper but it is not in the TIMESONLINE article.
