520 - Sound stops using phone

I'm now on my third 520 (First 2 PCWorld, 3rd Argos). First two returned for a buzzing mic.

This unit's mic is fine. I have also noticed that it came with 7.010 installed.

Only remaining problem:

Made a test call - worked fine, left myself a vm.
Recieved a call - heard the caller introduce themselves, then nothing. Ended the call and still no sound from the TT. Routing still working fine, but no sound. Turned off and it took approx 30-60secs to turn off.

Has anyone else seen this? Anyone fixed this?
