How to enable TTS (Text to speech) on GO 700 after upgrade ?

I recently purchased Tomtom GO 700 and want to know how can I enable TTS on my GO 700. I know that GO 700 doesnot support it out of box but I've read in other forums that there is hack which allows you to put TTS functionality on Tomtom GO 700. I've upgraded to software version 6.5 after buying my Tomtom.

Text To Speech is only supported on the 910. TomTom have disabled this feature for the other devices after build 6.15

This isn't just TomTom being over zealous, the TTS Engine is licenced and the licence permits its use only on the 910 hence the move to close the lophole that allowed its use on other devices.
