Ok, I just purchased my GO 910 today and as far as I know it was new-in-box. When I went to TomTom's site to the page that checks if you're eligible for a new mount, I put my serial number in and pressed submit. The page that loaded gave me this message:
"This product code has already been used"
Does this mean the unit I purchased is a used / refurbished unit? |

Ring Customer Services and ask them
