TT5 - can't restore SD card data

I backed up my SD card data to HD, had to use card for another task for a few days.
When I come to restore it ... all transfers across except when it comes to Great_Britain-map folder and it fails on the file -
~appinfo.~at

usual error is that it's in use or read only.

Is there a way around this ? ... I don't want to have to go to hassle of full install again, takes days to get it running correctly.
