Did you get confirmation that each file had transferred to the device? Did you rename each file? _________________ Tim |

Not if only one file has that name. Using activesync, where exactly (full path) are the files located on your device? _________________ Tim |

I never knew there was a Shackleton directory, but Navman do have some unexpected ones and the rest of the path looks correct. When you start up the iCN can you look under Preferences\My Data\My POI and tell me if the files show there and if the boxes are ticked? Also, under Preferences\Safety Alerts\Active POI select one of your POIs (assuming they're there) and see if it has ticks in all three boxes.
Just one other thing, when you transferred the files, did you set the visibility slider to Maximum? _________________ Tim |

Connect your iCN to your PC and start Navman Desktop and then start POIEditor. Click Device, Manage POI files. Does a list of your POIs appear there? _________________ Tim |
