8) Newbie to this, I have a tomtom700 with speed camera database already in, if i download the data base from here will it overwrite the old data base currently in my tomtom.
I havent yet subscribed and i know i will have to before hand, but i want to make sure it will overwrite automatically so i dont have loads of different files?. |

It depends which Database you have currently installed.
If it is the one from this site it must be 6 months out-of-date anyway, so it would be better to delete what you already have and install afresh.;) _________________ Richard

You will need to remove the current ones, and then install 'ours'. _________________ Richard

The general concensus from those that have tried both side by side is that the one from this site is much much better.
You can keep both on and if you set them both up to warn you will end up with two warnings for those cameras that are on both. Set different sounds and distances (otherwise one will drown out other) and it will be a good test to see which is more accurate. _________________ Peter
