ASC Program files HELP PLEASE

Help I'm useing a Navman pin 570 and can get the zip file to down load to my home comp and un zip but can't find the approprate program to run the info it comes up as ASC.I found this is possobley called amerrican standard code but still can't find a site to down load the program.

I would be greatfull of any help.
