traffic updates

i am running mapopolis on my mda vario is there any software availible which will enable my mapoplis to updateitself with traffis info (via GPRS)

You're a bit late. This was available in Mapopolis 4.0 . However, nobody wanted to pay for it back then. So they scrapped the idea.

can you recommend a good traffic up date software then ?

No, I can't - there isn't any good software around. A few are trying (TomTom, Navigon) but the results are mixed. The traffic information is still very subjective and delayed. We'll probably have to wait for the driver mesh networks...
