Hi all, I have noticed adhesive screen protection film available for the Streetpilot c320 on ebay. It seems a bit pricey to me at £9.50 for 2 pre-cut pieces. Has anyone used these or any similar product? Are they worth my hard earned cash? _________________ Garmin Streetpilot C320 Owner, waiting for postcode search facility!!!!

I've got lots of PocketPC's and PND's including a c330 and don't think the protectors are worthwhile if you take reasonable care. I've never used any and none of my devices including a very well used PocketPC have ever suffered any damage.
For what they are, a shade under £10 for two is far too expensive (IMHO). _________________ Darren Griffin |

Thats made my mind up, thanks. Not going to bother. £10 is a lot of money for two pieces of small plastic film! I generally do take good care of the electronic devices I own. I was wondering if anyone has come accross a 'cheap' carry case to keep my unit in. if so where from and how much? I'm looking for a case with two sections, one for the unit itself and the other for the cradle and 12v socket. I daren't leave my garmin in the car; easy pickings for the local 'chavs'! _________________ Garmin Streetpilot C320 Owner, waiting for postcode search facility!!!!

Not dirt cheap but take a lool at LowePro camera bags. They have a huge range and the smaller ones intended for compact cameras are ideal with lots of pockets for the bits'n'pieces.
Most good camera shops stock 'em and eBay has plenty too.

Thats great, I've been trawling the net for the genuine Garmin carry case but with no luck, will venture into the camera shops once the sales rush has dumbed down.
The garmin carry case for the Cxxx series can be found at the link below but I can't track one down anywhere??? They appear to out of stock on the website too!
