Just recieved my nice shiny boxed set TT5 as mentioned the install instructions are pants.
Every time i try to install maps, i get the fault, "not enough space in temp folder"
i have tried this on to different pc's, both running win xp, about to reload tt3 in frustration.
PS sprite back up wont restore properly now either.

I have a similar problem. I have tried to run the map install from both the CD and the HD. I have used the help on the tomtom page too. Every time I get the error message below:
File e:\nvapp\POCKETPC.mnu
Line 7:SETUPREQUIRED 4.64
Error: This Version of SETUP.EXE is too old to handle the installation of the selected software
How can the setup be too old when it comes on the CD?
Help anyone?? |

| Solved my problem. All it needed was a reboot of the host PC and the maps installed correctly. Funny thing though, when I tried to register using the enclosed card I was told it was incorrect, but a trip to the tomtom register site solved this as I was issued a new number. |
