Car PDA Software

Hi All,

Is there any software out that that I could put on my pocket pc which would give me large icons so that I could select to run tomtom, or and mp3 player.

I want to put the pocket pc in the car and the large icons would make is easier to use with my fingers rather than the stylus.

Can anyone help?

As I've posted a couple of times recently, I use Spb Pocket Plus for this and many other functions.
