Hi
When I try to add speed cameras to my Tom Tom start 25 I get this message
THIS SITE SAYS
The zipped file contains files that cannot be used with your device. You must remove the incompatible files then try again.
I have used pocket gps and this Tom Tom before with no problems any ideas ?.
Thanks
Dave |

When was the TT25 released ?
Any TT released after 2015 doesn't accept third party speed cam POI's _________________ DashCam:

OK
In that case, you mention a zip file, don't you need to unpack the .OV2 files first ?
Just guessing as I'm a Garmin person. _________________ DashCam:

If you are trying to just put the .zip file on it, you need the 'special' one without all the extraneous bumph.
I think it's "TomTom (My TomTom.zip)". I can't be certain on this though as I don't have a TomTom. Just hearsay. |

you need to unzip the file to extract the ov2 files inside. Put the ov2 files onto the Tomtom |

This is correct. If you are uploading the ZIP file directly using TomTom's software then you need to download 'TomTom (My TomTom.zip)' format - this is created specifically so it does not have the extra files that are giving you the error.

Looking at your download history, you have not downloaded the correct file for your device. Please go to the download page here: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Cameras
Then scroll down and look for "To Download A Different Version:"
then select "TomTom (My TomTom.zip)" as the SatNav System
Then choose the UK - Speed Zoned Complete format
