I've started a job where I have to do a journey on the motorway network and I'm currently just using google nav, the traffic info seems quite good but it does reroute etc.
What is the best system/software I can get??? |

Having tried most of them, I'm in no doubt that TomTom give the best & most sensible routes, but if you're only worried about journeys on the motorway network I'm sure Google must be more than adequate?
Do you mean Google "reroutes etc" round traffic or was that a typo? _________________ Galaxy Note 4 / TomTom GO : CamerAlert : CoPilot |

If you just wanted motorway info then an rds-tmc antenna would be the cheapest. _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]

true... but not as efficiently, because tomtom's HD traffic updates every 2mins & can deliver more information packets at a time, whereas TMC-RDS is every 15 mins & even then some info packets can fail to be delivered due to the nature of tms-rds.
but still, if u don't want to pay any subscription fees (about £24 per year) or u can even pay monthly, then the latter is good enough.
hope this helps! _________________ www.SoundCloud.com/DjK4Yahweh
