On Android, I believe I can copy the database of cameras to the TomTom App folder, and they will show up within the TomTom map, but without proximity warnings.
Is it possible for CameraAlert to do that copying for me? Thanks. |

No. The TomTom app uses OV2 files. CamerAlert uses a format specifically designed for use in the app with various extra bits of info like the direction data etc.

Thanks both for the quick reply. Just did a manual copy using WiFi File Transfer app and it's not *that* time consuming. I'll simply update TomTom less frequently than Camera Alert. |
