is there any software that will recover deleted routes off my map card as i deleted some by mistake

Recuva is free and works well.
Install to your PC insert your SD Card in a card reader and select it from the list and hit Scan.
Note: It's best to save them ALL back to a directory on the PC first and then copy them to the SD card once recovered otherwiise as you recover one file it can overwrite one of the other deleted files you are trying to recover. |

Howard,
Apologies for suggesting the obvious but sometimes these things get overlooked.
If you created the route via Satmap's Route Planner,did you save a copy in the planner ?
I always save routes to avoid a disaster ( says the man who deleted a walking route from the Active 10 standing on the railway station platform minutes before we started the walk ).

i did try a couple of recovery programs one was recover my files ,which did find the route but when i put it back on the sd card it did not show up on the satmap anyone know why . ill try recuva later see how i geton with that , is it also possible to scan the internal memory on the satmap as well

i recoverd them but put them back on the satmap and dont show up at all so ive up now ! |
