Hey all,

Just upgraded from my old LG Viewty so went to pair my new Xperia X10i but for some strange reason it says on the Red Screen that My phone is unable to use data etc and then just continues on to load my phone book?

Therefore I am unable to use TT Traffic etc as its unable to connect.

Sorry quickly writing this out but at work,

Cheers all,

TomTom Plus services like the GPRS Traffic require the mobile phone to support the Bluetooth DUN profile in order to use the data connection, I don't think your Android based phone will support this protocol but it might be worth checking the Bluetooth profiles it does support in the handbook as I am not 100% sure - Mike

Shane, have a read through This thread, there are some links provided by Canderson that might be of help to get DUN working on your device, if you are not too sure about what you are doing be carefull though as you could brick the phone! - Mike

Hey Mike,

Will have a read of that.

Did some searching while at work, found this JunesFabrics.Com which will allow DUN but unfortuately its for Android 2.0 and not 1.6 which I have.

Will have read, but don't really want to turn the phone into a brick just yet...only had it 2 weeks Laughing
