Does anyone know if I can get a GO (930) type baseplate to clip on to my gooseneck mount (Currently used for my HP PPC active mount), so that I can use it on a BeanBag?
I don't fancy using the standard sucker mount as it looks too short. Any advice gratefully received.

Hi LittleDuceCoupe
Yes, I’m here mate. However, I have a 720 and not a 930 so I’m afraid I am not much of a help to you.
However, I think you will get what you are looking for at Supertrader, £15.00.

By the way, I find the beanbag indispensable

My 720 standard mount just about fits, but I don't know if the 730 is the same.

All x20 and x30 devices are identical when it comes to the main PCB, connection points and the outer case of the device, if it fits a 520 it will also fit a 930 and any of the other devices inbetween - Mike

Re: Andy_P's post. The donut is the heaviest, the square shaped cushion is the most flexible [odd dashboard positions/shapes], the arkon cushion gives more room when trying to install the more compact mounts.

Well it was headed beanbag...but I've reread it and am not clear. Is it the mounting plate that is needed? Buybits do the arkon and a four point plate.

Thank's for your replies folks. Yes my question was sort-of two areas. I am after the little plate that slides down on the face plate of the gooseneck mount with the GO type "square" to clip my 930 onto. Interesting to see the response of the beanbag in use, I am definately going to get one!
Cheers!
