Can anyone please help???
Searching by postcode for a destination has become a real pain. I can only seem to obtain the first three parts of the postcode and then need to look up by street name. In certain cases the street name is not there.
How can i enter the complete postcode etc. Am i missing some software update or just not using it correctly??
In addition, i have purchased traffic manager and am totally baffled as to how it operates ie bluetooth?, Ariel??
Any help really is appreciated.
Thanks |

Using Explorer, browse to your device when hooked up to your PC and look for a folder called zip, does this exist and if so what files does it contain?

What's Traffic Manager? What device do you have? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Are you using the correct method to enter postcodes on the device, it should be Navigate To/ Address/ Postcode if you try putting the postcode in any other menu option it will only accept the first three or four digits.
If the zip folder or its contents are missing then you can add the required postcode support files to the device using TomTom Home or Windows Explorer, what device and which map version are you using - Mike |
