hepl needed about TT Go 700 i bought it of ebay no speed cam

I bought TT Go 700 of ebay which has some point of interest in it but it does not have any speed camera in it. Im wondering if i can install speed camera for free? or could you please tell me what the speed camera code called i maybe able to copy them from my other tt go 700?

I also have another tomtom go 700 which has all speed camera inside but when i tried to turn it on it wont. but when i charge it the green light appears i've done rest but its still not switching on?
Any advice will be apprciate?
