|
|
I am sure this is a simple thing but I have just made a playlist in windows media player so I can easily play the music on my Go. . After I made up a playlist in windows I thought I could just cut & paste the playlist folder over to the SD card but although I can see the playlist folder it does not hold the mp3 files just the playlist file.
How do I make a playlist that contains the mp3s along with the list as I can't make up a playlist on the Go itself as I could on my Garmin 760.
Thanks |

The folder on the unit (or sd card) must be called mp3 (all lower case). The mp3s go in that folder. |

Hi, Thanks.
I know how to play the mp3's by putting my music in the mp3 folder on the SD card but it's making the playlists that has stumped me.

As has trying the Search button?
Put "playlist" into the search box and set it to look in just the TomTom section, it gives several hits.
This one seems the best:
TT 720 Playlist format |

No need to search when people can do it for you ;)
Seriously, great link & I would have spent hour trying to make a playlist & never thought about doing the above.
It works a treat
