i3 No sound - Streetpilot

Done a search on the forum, and only found one other thread, that did not help. I have a i3 Streetpilot and had it for a few years, and delighted with it. Got the speed cam alerts from here, and other stuff and really please.

But, out of the blue it has become mute, no sound at all. I have changed the battery etc, volume is set right but can not get any sound from it all.

Any suggestions?

I was thinking about a newer version anyway, but will start a new thread about this..

Any help would be great.

Tried a reset? Backup your Favs using EasyGPS and switch off. Hold down left button, centre wheel and press power button. Unit will switch on and ask if you wish to reset all user data. Say yes and wait. You need to re-do all your settings and reload the Favs using EasyGPS but your POIs and firmware should remain.

Tried a re-set, and still no sound

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.

Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
