I'm an Active 10 novice but am very pleased with it so far. I was just wondering if anyone knows whether is is possible to create a custom icon for a POI category? Ideally without the use of a PC because I'm on a Mac. It's possible to review the icon details so I guess there must be a way to change it.
Any help gratefully received : ) |

Sorry can't help, but I was looking for the same function to differentiate between different POIs as well. Perhaps it's another item on the list of things to do!? By the way, I'm another Mac user... |

From what I can remember seeing a while back the POI features of the active10 will be fully introduced with a new software load, as yet we still have to wait and see what this additional option will offer - Mike |

Another Mac user here. If you take a look at the photo of my desktop over in the Off Topic forum thread you can see the Sony UK UMPC I retain for the legacy Windows stuff. One day I will banish it completely!
Satmap have already promised a Mac version of Satsync, I'll be asking them about this and other 'coming soon' features. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Hi Darren
I know that the topic is about Satmap and I do not wish to go off subject, but, my son has just purchased a Mac and when I saw it in action I was gob-smacked. Its in a different league. How did the Mac left behind? Its brilliant. _________________ Tomtom Go 720.
