Yes, it is another incarnation of the "me too" wave that keeps rolling over us since the Jesus phone was introduced. The basic idea looks promising (web browsing without stylus) and there are a few goodies sprinkled in too (like a shortcut to the Google search).
We'll be looking under the hood of this new product to see how well it fares with our online GPS applications (Google Maps and Windows Live Search.

Hmm, having watched the YouTube video, I'd say it had about 20% of the Safari ease of use. Safari has some very nice optimisations, like just double-tapping to zoom a column or picture to fit to screen, and repeat to zoom back out. Plus the "pinch" movements etc.

Go to modaco.com and see peoples experiences. It looks like it is nowhere near as good as the video makes out and rather disappointing |
