|
|
Hi,
Hope some one can all help me. I have recently brought a new TomTom 920 and want to connect it to an external antenna I am about to buy, (used to have one on my streetpilot, in the old car worked great).
I know the external connector on the Tomtom is an MCX but is it a male or female version so I can order the right plug from RS for the antenna.
Thank you in advance. |

I would try the device without the external feed aerial as in most vehicles it is simply not required, the receiver in the x20 range is considerably better than your previous device, it also saves yet another fidly connection to be made everytime you put it in the vehicle, and it will save you a few quid - Mike |
