I bought an X970T on 26 December and sent off the upgrade voucher on 31 December. I still haven't received the upgrade DVD. How long have others had to wait? |

I got my X970T around 21st December and the software was already updated. All I had to do was to log on to the website and install the v7.03 patch and hey presto! I had the latest. Which software version have you got on yours at the moment? _________________ Gee-Pee

It came with 6.5.3, which I updated to 6.5.4 off the website. There was no voucher, but VM support emailed me a copy which I got off just in time on 31 Dec (the offer runs out on that day) with a dated proof of posting and a date on the sticky label on the envelope.
I was hoping to have it by now, but it's been 3 weeks.
Stu hasn't replied to a pm, but I guess he has other things on his mind at the moment |

Ahh! I see - I think we had different versions then, as mine was theX-970T 'NEW' version and I only had to update with the patch to v7.03.
Guess STu is very busy at the moment, but I'm sure he will get around to answering idc. Bite the bullet and hold on...it'l come, I guess Frustrating though. _________________ Gee-Pee

The V7 DVD for my X-980T took just over 5 weeks to arrive. I sent the voucher off mid-October and received the DVD around 23rd November. |

Thanks Broc - I've moved a bit closer to France (Lincolnshire) so it doesn't have as far to travel now. I'll give them a bit longer!!! |

You could always email them; I did, just to check they had received my application. I received a reply within a day or two confirming it had been received. |
