Do you mean the route file called .MAP or the big mapping data file on the SD card called .MAP?
With Satsync...currently in Beta form...the route files called .MAP can be converted to a GPX file when you use it to transfer from the Active 10 to your PC....you can also read that file unconverted in Notepad although it's not nearly as meaningful.
The mapping data file called .MAP cannot be viewed as a map on your PC. _________________ I like mapping, I like mapping, I like mapping and I like to map! |

You need the SatSYNC software on the PC to convert the file which, as Rob has said is only currently available in Beta test - Mike |
