|

I've been avoiding connecting my TT1XL to my PC since the problem with disappearing speed -- sorry, safety -- cameras on the V7 software.
Can anyone confirm whether this has definitely been fixed with the latest updated software?

TomTom's camera database as supplied with the OneXL -- this stopped working when the V7 software was announced (which is why I#m still running V6)

Which bit of it has stopped working? is the configuration that was missing or something else, I use the PGPSW database not the TomTom offering and that works fine complete with spoken alerts on the One XL - Mike |

The cameras apparently didn't work at all, there have been several threads to this effect on the forum.
I was wanting confirmation from somebody with a OneXL that this is now fixed.

The only issue I have seen a number of times is where people have experianced problems with the TT Speed Camera database on the One Third Edition. I think the issue could be the way in which the warnings are activated which is different to earlier devices. I will set my One XL up with the TT cameras and try it tomorrow on the way to work, will let you know either way, although I expect it to work, my XL is running version 7 software - Mike |

You are right, my OneXL`s speed cameras (tomtom) stopped working with the first V7 software but the latest software (V7.131) has restored them. |

Thanks, just the info I was looking for, I'll do the upgrade now.
