Hmm, doing a search on Google shows their address as:-
Block D Flat 15 Farringdon Lane, London

Phone: 07768 975050
Fax: 07768 979092

This sounds like a single person rather than a company selling goods. You might still be able to contact them at the above address. I retrieved this info from http://www.commerce.com.tw/company_inside.php?ID=C0014809

If you believe it is the official GPS that PowerLOC ship with Destinator, you could send an email to support@destinator1.com (they usually use Leadtek GPS Receivers). Failing that if it is another manufacturer, if the product hasn't officially been out for more than a year, you might be able to get the actual manufacturer to replace it.

It is believed this company, has gone bust/disasappeared, , and I know of others, have not even received the destinator package, Ebay and Paypal are investigating and trying to stop payments.

No, they are the same connector. Basically the 22xx, 38xx, 39xx, 4xxx and 5xxx all share the same connectors.

Usually there's a name on the underside, PowerLOC always used to bundle Leadtek 9531/9532's, so I suspect it's something like this. If you've got a camera, take a photo and mail it to us and we might be able to tell you which it is.
