Speed camera download for garmin c series

Hi Iam looking for some help with my Garmin C510. Iam trying to download and install speed camera info but just dont have a clue what or how to do it. ive subscribed to this site and have downloaded some zip files to my pc but dont know how to extract them and load them on to my Garmin. I have found the process VERY confusing so far and all I have seemed to do is open up loads of the same pages form PGPSW over and over again without getting anywhere. Iam looking forsomeone to hold my hand and draw me a picture as Iam just not getting it .
