Welcome to the forum, unzip the download to place all the POI files into a single location on your PC, what you do next depends on the type of navigation unit you have? - Mike |

Just copy the files that are type ov2 and bmp to your map folder on the device. Whilst I appreciate This Guide is for a 910 and speed camera POI it is worth having a read through as it shows you the process of unzipping and transfering files to the TomTom. It also goes on to show you how to set up warnings etc (might be handy) - Mike |

Hey I'm chuffed with the new voice speed warnings - really cool. Thanks for the help..! Only trouble is I've lost my SPECS POI's and warnings. Is this something I have to sacrifice...? |

No - shouldn't have to sacrifice anything.
Check that voice, .bmp and .ov2 files ALL have the same name.
Have you exceeded the number of POI categories you can have on your system? The Speed Zoned cameras will cost you around 33 categories.
Finally - have you enabled them with POI manager. _________________ Phil |

A Go300 had v5 software from new, so you only have 39 user-POI "slots"
If you've updated to v6 software it's 100 slots.
Count the number of ".ov2" files in your map folder. |

Ahh.... I deleted the pmobile files to lessen the number of POI's and my SPECS have reappeared - much more valuable to me as I do lots of motorway driving.
Many many thanks. This is all very techy for me, just glad you folks have enthusiasm (and the knowledge..!)
Cheers..! |
