I just come back from Ireland, after using my TOMTOM 700, it was a waste of time, these maps did not know main towns and only main roads, I used these roads for over 15 years and nothing with the tomtom, and its was a min route from one main town to another.

This listed Tang a church on the N55, but had nothing for Mullingar, which is one of the main towns in the midel of Ireland.

I used this just for the hands free for my mobile phone, and most of the time, it had me in a field, it was so bad it was a joke

Sounds like it's time to trade it in for a TT One Regional GB which includes Republic of Ireland.

To be fair, the 700 maps were never stated to include Ireland (although why they sold the Go there I'll never know).

I've just got a TT one v2 europe and can say that the mapping and routing here in the north of ireland is spot on, really great.

TT call the new edition V3 but most people tend to call it the V2 either Regional or European version.

I thought the TomTom One Regional GB did NOT have full mapping of Ireland and that was only in the Europe edition?

TT Regional (GB) includes full Republic of Ireland.
