HandNav Technology - Post Code Problem for Returns

I've always received good service from Chetan at HandNav so this is not a complaint but a headsup for anyone returning goods to them.

In late August HandNav sent me a duplicated order so I sent one back to the address on their invoice where the Post Code is shown as EN3 5TB.

The item was sent recorded delivery to HandNav but never arrived. Royal Mail have refused to pay compensation as the Post Code should have been EN3 5WJ as shown on HandNav's website.

I've emailed Chetan so no doubt the discrepancy will soon be fixed, but if you are sending stuff back in the near future then be aware of this problem.

I've recently ordered two brodit mounts and an active iPod holder from Handnav and too be honest i've not been that impressed. I placed my order on the 15th and the following day I received an email saying that my order status had changed to order processed, where it has stayed.

I emailed them on the 22nd seeing if there was any movement with it and got a reply back later that day saying that my goods would be despatched on the 22nd (same day). Well it's now the 24th and still no movement on my order. I've just emailed them again to see what's happening.

I've got to say that so far i've been far from impressed with the service, maybe i'm being impatient but I've got used to better communication and faster service using other retailers.

I dont usually post in forums all that often; but i am compelled to voice my total frustration and disgust with the total lack of customer service offered by this company.

I really cant be bothered to recount the whole dreadful saga, but will bulletpoint my experiences.
- ordered gps mount for 'next day' delivery
-5 days later..numerous emails... hours wasted on the phone always staying at third in the queue.. still no mount
- after 8 days i managed to talk to Chetan, i was ready to cancel my order for a refund... he talked me round into accepting another product
- the product arrived very quickly, but was specifically not for my product; despite the fact i was promised that it was.
-I run my own IT business; if i had this level of customer service; the only way i could maintain a revenue stream would be to have a flashy website and try to rely on constant new business, cant believe anyone would buy from these people twice.

My only comment... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
