Ordered pro clip & mount for Ipaq on 7 October. Order confirmation email suggested the goods would be dispatched within 5 days.
14 working days later - still waiting for the goods. No response to emails, phone just rings and rings. - are they still alive and kicking?
Avoid! |

Dear Customer,
Thank You for your message. Yes, I do agree that recently we have not been upto our best, but we definately are aware of this and are improving in communication especially.
I sincerely like to apologise for delay on your order. We do many times come to a situation that we don't receive item in time given. I can assure you that we have not charged your credit card, we only charge the credit card on the day goods are ready to be despatched.
Please email me on chetan@handnav.co.uk with your order details and I will look at this matter urgently, but meanwhile, please accept my apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Best regards

Hi Chetan,
Email sent on 27
Absolutely no response (30 October)
So I'll try this board as a method of communication
Guess you must be too busy to respond to emails/phone |

Handnav came up trumps in the end!
After a a long delay and no communication ... items arrived as ordered, with a significant discount, and an email explaining the problems.
All works fine and at a lower cost than I expected. Well Done |

Hi there
I'm having a similar problem with Handnav. I ordered a Proclip and mount, knowing there would prob be a delay. In fact it turned up very prompt, approx 5 working days.
However, the clip was the wrong part, and a diff part number to the one I ordered. I sent an email 23/11/03 asking for a returns number, then again on the 25/11/03, and again on the 28/11/03....
Things just seem to be dragging on....
Hope to report more positive news soon

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your comment. There has always been a issue on ProClip and now its even more delay due to the new law that commenced from 1/12/03 about using mobile phone in the car. There is heavy demand on ProClip, we are depending on distributor for the stock.
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are trying everything we can to resolve the situation.
Best regards
