Ordered my Arkon powered pda mount for the Ipaq yesterday and got it at 8am today! :D
It comes with a 4" usb to ipaq cable to power the ipaq from the cradle.
Anyone know if this can be used to charge the ipaq from a PC's USB port, I'm scared of trying in case its wired differently.
I'm saying that 'cos the computer at work has usb on the front near the bottom of the pc, so would save me buying another lead/cradle. |

yes, this will work. But you may want to get yourself an even better USB-iPAQ cable - one that synchronizes and charges at the same time. _________________ Lutz

Thanks.
I've seen some of these mini sync and charge cables, where the cable expands and retracts, which is handy for taking with you when on the move. Might go for one of those. |

If you're considering one of these, try eBay. They go for around 6 pound there, and you can pay three times that at some retailers. I have one myself and have been very pleased with it - no knotted leads in my briefcase! |
