Navcity problems AGAIN!

Sorry to put Navcity back up on it on thread however, this is getting rediculous. Someone seriously needs to pull their finger out of their backsides over at the Navcity offices.

Only after ordering my proclip from Navcity did I check on the companies reputation on here (my bad, really).

When I ordered - it became appearent that Navcity didn`t have the correct details for my order (missing Proclip number for some reason), so I had to call and update them (got through first time). I was advised it would take 10 days for delivery of this special order item.
2 weeks later and nothing, no delivery, no e-mail, no order update.
Called again, couldnt get through for the whole day and eventually got to speak someone the next day. Then informed that they have just had the latest delivery of ProClips (which had my order on it) and it would be with me the next day.

Still nothing the next day, took me 5 hours to get through to someone then told that I should have received it wait till tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and passed no delivery. Barely managed to speak to someone (10 calls over 4 hours) who mistook my order for a Merc' mount and only after 5 minutes searching "the ordering system" realised it was for a Mitsubishi. Although he (Aime, i think his name was) - promised me that my order would be with me by Saturday.........

Its now Monday (a month down the line) - unable to get hold of the sales guys and I'm getting extremely upset....
