Permanent Docking Kit & TomTom Go 700

Sorry if this has been posted before.

I am thinking of replacing my Parrot ck3100, and using the docking kit from Tom Tom.
I know it can easily fitted with ISO from my radio like the Parrot.

But does anybody know if the kit comes with a external Mic?
Also it comes with a new docking shoe, can this be used with the cradle supplied with my 700.

I've asked Tom Tom the above, And they haven't really answered apart from sending me links. Which are no help.
