..I find that amazing! I work for a retailer and frequently deal with all the major sat nav companies and in my experience medion are by far the worst of the lot! If a customer comes in with a faulty power lead they will not send out a replacement until they have recieved the faulty one! Their support lines are undermanned and slow, their advice on the whole poor and patronising. Only buy a medion product only if you must!

I have a Medion PC (bought from Aldi of all places) I have not only never had even a moments problem with the machine, but when I emailed a minor query to the support dest I received a reply within the hour, which fully answered my query.

I can only speak with authority about the PC, but if this is the way their support is conducted then I would happlily recommend them.
