Need help on my GPS (again!)

I have a Polstar All in one Navigator and it runs on Netropa Intellinav road map software. I was told by a helpful fellow (you know who you are! Thankyou! :D ) that Netropa clones does not support custom POIs. I was wondering that maybe if I install another companies map software in my sat nav which does support custom POI perhaps than I will be able to install speed camera detection program. Does anyone have any idea which ones to install in my GPS and how or any other suggestions? I do not wish to purchase another GPS as I have just got this one. By the way, my polstar uses Win CE .NET core module. Thanks
