It doesn't matter, although personally I delete the .ov2 files and just paste the new ones in. If there is a new category I copy the associated .bmp as well. _________________ Richard

Hi. Can I just ask when the locations are updated, do you have to go throught the process of setting up the audio alerts and distances again
Many thanks. |

When I update the .ov2 files each month all the warnings and distances stay as previously set.
I drag the new ones to the GO and computer asks if I want to replace the ones of the same name. Click Yes. _________________ TTGO 700 (dead)

SOMETIMES you do have to set them all up again when you install new software though. |
