Are Plus maps more up to date?

Someone said on one of these threads that the France Plus map was more up to date than the basic France map.
Does anyone know if this is true for Great Britain? Looking at the (new) TT5 errors around home I haven't found any differences yet.

I had a quick look at the difference between GB plus and GB normal and I couldn't see any differences on the map errors that I know about.
