usa compatible software medion 41800

hi i have a medion 41800 and would like to use it in florida obviously there are no maps for the in built medion navigator system is there another program one i could use with that has maps for usa

Any program will work. If it's just for a short trip try Mapopolis - it has demo maps that can be downloaded and that work for nine days.
