Which Relacement for Royaltek RBT-1000?

I have the Route 66 sat nav package for my nokia 6260 symbian smartphone.
I was wondering if i can use any GPS reciver that is NMEA-0183 compatible from the UK, or will i have to buy another RBT-1000 from route 66(USA).

I'm pretty sure that Route 66 will utilise any NMEA GPS. What's wrong with your RBT-1000?
