i have downloaded them and have them copied in the great britan map in my documents.
How the hell(6 hours now) do i transfer them to the go unit??
please can someome with some patients help me

Have you followed the guide in the forum?
You need to open the TTG as a removable drive once it's connected with the USB cable. Go into "my Computer" and click on it to open. You them put the .ov2 files and the .bmp files into the Great Britain Folder on the TTG.
Then you start up the TTG and choose the "enable PoI" in the Preferences. |

Thanks,Tried that but there is no option for removable drives in "my computer"
looked on the help topics as well and there isnt a folder for it#
i've got the right hump now! |

Connect the USB cable that came with the TTG to your pc, then run the Tomtom cd disc and follow the prompts...you need to install/backup from the pc.
6 hours...took me three days...!! :x |

Oh dear - it took me less than ten minutes, followed the instructions on the TomTom site. Keep that window open or print it off if you find it easier. Good luck! |

I got a mate from work around and he made it all seem sense now
it wont such a frustrating cristmas now!!
