|
|
I managed to mess up my SD card. I tried to mount it on the desktop (OSX 10.4) to delete some old files that I expected to be there, wanted to have more room for TTN maps.
Somehow the SD card got corrupted and I've given up on trying to get it back.
My question is how to re-install TTN and the maps from scratch ? TTN5 still shows up on the Treo 650, but it won't run due to missing files (no surprise, since the new 2 GB SD card is blank). Should I erase whatever is left on the Palm before re-installing or should I attempt to re-install/overwrite ? I'm wondering if there is registration info already on the Palm that I might delete if I try to first delete what is still on the Palm.
Any other hints or gotchas that I should look out for ?
Thanks,
-Sven |

Download the latest program version from the TomTom site, install it onto the card, then add the map and the voice files, and then run Navigator again on the Palm. If it asks to activate, just re-enter your existing activation key that you got from TTcode.com _________________ Lutz
